Please read these terms carefully before using the GlobalCreatorClub platform.
Effective Date: March 20, 20251. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GlobalCreatorClub website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
Binding Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlobalCreatorClub. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.
GlobalCreatorClub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to immediately notify GlobalCreatorClub of any unauthorized use of your account.
- GlobalCreatorClub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Important: You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or provide false information. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:
- Harassment & Abuse: Posting threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing content.
- Spam & Misinformation: Sending unsolicited messages, posting false information, or engaging in deceptive practices.
- Illegal Content: Uploading content that violates intellectual property rights, contains malware, or promotes illegal activities.
- Platform Abuse: Attempting to bypass security measures, scrape data, or disrupt Platform operations.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, organization, or GlobalCreatorClub representative.
GlobalCreatorClub reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who engage in prohibited conduct.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the property of GlobalCreatorClub or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant GlobalCreatorClub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
User Rights
You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses to any content you submit. You also agree not to submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Membership & Payments
GlobalCreatorClub offers both free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships grant access to additional features and benefits as described on our Pricing page.
Billing & Cancellation
- Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
- You may cancel your paid membership at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Payment Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize GlobalCreatorClub to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your access to paid features.
Free Trial: Some memberships may include a free trial period. After the trial ends, your selected membership plan will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
6. Termination
GlobalCreatorClub may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to all Platform features, including any paid benefits.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability provisions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GLOBALCREATORCLUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Any defects or errors will be corrected.
- The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
- The results obtained from using the Platform will meet your expectations.
You use the Platform at your own risk. GlobalCreatorClub disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBALCREATORCLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Any other matter relating to the Platform.
Total Liability: In no event shall GlobalCreatorClub's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts.
10. Changes to Terms
GlobalCreatorClub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
